44. Except prior to the first Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors shall consist of members of whom SIX (6) are property owners and of whom SIX (6) are tenants.

Proposed change

44. The Board of Directors shall consist of a minimum of TWELVE (12) and a maximum of SIXTEEN (16) members of whom SIX (6) are property owners and of whom SIX (6) are tenants.
